Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and support applications, system integrations, and custom business intelligence report dashboards for Dynamics 365 implementation within a manufacturing environment.
  • Provide in-house expertise of Dynamics 365 modules to end users and business units to support North America distribution business and Newnan manufacturing function including: CRM, Sales, Aftermarket Parts, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Production
  • Support, manage and maintain backend databases in SQL Server and Azure SQL environments.
  • Maintain the process of change requests and documentation as an ongoing basis

Key Skills / Characteristics

  • A professional who can demonstrate the basic philosophy to minimize customization, and act as the technical lead to guide the business department to use standard Dynamics 365 functionalities and translate complex business problems and requirements into technical requirements for solution recommendations.
  • A strong understanding and experience of Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Cloud to develop analytics to support the business and deploying Power BI reports to on-premises report server and Cloud service.
  • Proficient understanding with DAX, M, SQL, Python, REST and SOAP
  • Capacity to develop complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Strong communication, project management and presentation skills, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams.
  • Highly dedicated and performance-driven professional with ability to work independently without close supervision.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

 

Education/Professional Qualifications Required for the Position:

  • A undergraduate or master degree is required and preferred Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • Required 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and project implementation experience, and working for distribution or manufacturing company will be a plus
  • Preferred 3+ years’ experience in an environment with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Preferred Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Preferred 3+ years experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms
  • Experience as Azure Developer or Administrator and Azure Security certification will be a plus
  • Implementation of CRM, customer service solutions will be a plus.   

Additional Important Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Able to perform duties effectively in a fast paced environment; working independently or under direction
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Given the criticality of the corporate network, business systems, and applications. All HCMA IT staff members must be reachable and effectively communicate with both IT Staff and Management while out of the office by phone, email or text if needed. If a staff member cannot be reached, the member must return messages, either voice, text or email promptly. Every effort to will be made to ensure that communications to IT Staff after hours is reserved for critical issues (as deemed by the HCMA IT Manager as well as HCMA Senior Management).
